New to Exercise World

Hi People...
I'm new to this forum still and would desperate to get comments / advice from all pro people out there.

I'm a Chinese, 24 this year, weigh 46kg, 163/4 cm tall. Waist goes from 24cm to 25cm since couple of years ago... and now fear it will goes to 26cm soon...

My concern is: - I notice i'm getting slight fats in front at my lower abs... this started last year and afraid it would get worst this year.

I have tried the gym for a month and stop due to money incurred is too much and my body too weak to handle long run and other heavy exercise. F.Y.I., I also have this mild anaemia so i cannot do heavy exercise at one go. Once i tried to force myself on the threadmill for 45 mins walk and run... i got dizzy when i stop. I know... i'm kinda fragile *sob*

As for meal, i need to eat but on small portion... Since i'm from Asia... my morning breakfast would be bread/cereal and lunch/dinner=rice/meat/vegis/soup. I cant miss my meal as i got gastric as well. However i always eat on small portion which make me full satisfactory. Since i got gastric, my mum strictly disallow me to have any diet. Once she finds out i'm planning on a diet, she will purposely force me to eat more!

Thus, at the moment i only do cycling on alternate days (provided that i'm not loaded with appointments) at home plus, some stretching, crunches and sit-up on bed! (do not have any exercise mat). And this does not give me any satisfy outcome which i already expected. Coz i'm not doing on regular basis.

Query: - I do sweat on cycling which i hope it will burn out some of my fats... How about stretching, sit-ups on bed in an aircon room? Do i need to get sweat to make it effective?
