New to excercise

I got a Wii fit 2 weeks ago and been using it for the free step etc for about an hour a day. I'm very unfit, cant run etc. How can i build up to be able to run. Im reall self concious about jogging because i have big ish boobs and they just hurt when i run/jog even a fast paced walk can be painful. Any ideas?
How effective is the wii fit and the free step? Is there a way i can work out what ive burned of doing the free step at all

1st invest in a good sports bra. With the right equipment your anatomy should not be an obstacle, unless you let it. Or if that does not work try bicycling. Although running is the best exercise, any exercise is better than none!

The best way to build up to running is to run/walk. Start by jogging a few yards or as far as you are comfortable with. Then walk until you catch you breath and then run again. Pick a distance, like maybe a mile to start and run/walk it. Try to run more and walk less as the weeks go by. If that distance feels comfortable try increasing to 2 miles after a couple of months.

Remember the longest journey begins with one step...
 
The last poster is right - the only way to build up to running is to do it - a step at a time

There really aren't many shortcuts.
