Hello everyone, this is my first time that I have seriously decided to tone my body. in the past, I often quit early in the workout because of lack of interest. but now that I have gone through the very long task of growing long hair, I feel like I have the discipline and drive to tone my body.
my first order of business would be to lose the belly. now im like fat, im just not exactly toned. ive worked out on crunches and leg inclines and the ab exercises for years now, so basically I have a six pack.. obscured with fat.
my daily regimen is rather straightforward.
i eat 5 small meals a day, avoiding processed food, sugars, etc... that bad stuff, while eating the foods that give me energy. so I wacfh my calories, and it hovers around 1700 a day.
next I do one hour of cardio a day. i am kind of in a financial rut right now, so I can only afford a treadmill and an exercise bike. maybe in the future i'll try swimming.
so I was just wondering if any of you could give me advice with my regimen please? and also a timeframe of how long it will take before i start to see results.
