New Starter

Hi Guys,

I am looking to get a body like this guy....



I have already sorted my diet out so i am looking into doing some weight training tonight at the gym. And i also do cardio roughly 3 nights a week.

Should i be using light weights and more reps?
How many roughly reps and sets should i be doing?
What exercises should i be doing? I have never used weights before.
