New routine?

hey guys,

just need alittle advice please, past 3 months iv been getting my body weight/fat down, im now at a pretty good weight of 175 pounds and im 5,11. i did this with a day of cardio followed by a day of weight training,

now i want get my muscles defined... just wondering a good workout routine for this... should i cut back on cardio and do more weights or what?
