Ok guys. For the past year and a half I have been doing 3xFWB monday, wed, and friday. I've been bulking most of that time. I want to cut down to about 180-190 now. Heres what I've been doing:
Monday: Bench, military press, bent over rows, lunges, shoulder shrugs, curls, and flys
Wednesday: Bench, military press, bent over rows,deadlifts, shoulder shrugs, curls, and flys
Friday: Squats, leg curls, pull-ups, bentover rows, leg extentions, situp machine.
However, now that I am graduating I would like to do a split routine...monday - friday. Recommend me a type of workout. I need a new one starting June 1st. Thanks guys!!
