new routine, comments/suggestions

I'm gonna be startign this routine next year with a buddy and I'm just wondering if anybody has some comments or suggestions so that I cn tweak my workout...

the first 2 tables are for monday and tuesday which we will do alot of weight with less reps (8, 6, 6, 4) and the other 2 tables are for thrusday and friday which we will do less weight and more reps (16, 14, 14, 12) on wedsday we will do cardio, delts, calves, and abs

To much. You could easily remove half of those and be fine.
 
the simplest routine i do is....

monday-chest,biceps,triceps
tuesday-lower body
wednesday-back,chest
thursday-lower body
friday- biceps, back, triceps
saturday-rest with weights
sunday-rest

abs,obliques,lower abs-everyday, if u too much sets and rep takesome rest off

thats wat i do, try to be as simple as it gets :cool:

tuesday-biceps triceps and forearms
wednsday-legs and abs
then thursday and friday are the same as monday and tuesday respectivly

the new routine is basically a 3 month thing i am going to try out

Sooo...essentially you're working the biceps, triceps, and shoulders four times a week. That's a bit much, in my opinion. I guess give it a go but I think you're going to burn yourself out before a months time.
 
maybe, I'm going into my third year of working out so we'll see what happens...
