new rep scheme?

i have been doing a rep scheme of mon-2x5 wed-3x8 and fri-2x15 with a full body routine 3 times a week. I'm not sure if i like this. has anyone had any success with this scheme, and if not, what should i change it to.
 
Are you following "the new rules of lifting"?

Yeah its a great set/rep system for full body and perfect for anyone in their first year or two of training. Stick with it.

Yes. This looks a lot like what Chad Waterbury prescribes in his "Total Body Training" program.
 
I'm on Chad's TBT and in the 7th week and I haven't seen any noticeable results. I'm thinking of trying something else.. But it may work well for you.
 
Im seeing great results and have only been lifting for two months. I pyramid up one workout then pyramid down the next. Reps are 12, 10, 8 & 6. The 10 & 12 rep sets are good for building mass and the 8 & 6 are good for gaining strength. Im not saying this will work for everyone, but its working for me.
