Hi Im Victor, I wanted to loose weight about 2 to 3 years ago back then my weight was 100 kilos consistently height 5'10''(220lbs) while I was taking up my law degree, I graduated last year and last febuary I really decided to loose my weight ( i gained 15 kilos in just 6 months since I was studying for the Bar Exams hence making my weight 115 kilos about 252lbs.). febuary 6,(dreadfull day when i found out that i weighed 252 pounds) 2009 i went to my physician then to my dietician then she made a plan for me, a calorie intake of 1200 Kcal a day to shed of 1lbs/.5 kilos a week... knowing me i did not stick to the 1200kcal a day what i did was to only take 600kcal a day except on special occassions the first four days was really hard i started to feel woozie then light headed then nausious i was about to give up then.... i weighed myself, to my suprise i weighed 113kilos, then the following day 111kilos, it was a big shock cause i was losing weight fast then after two days my weight is 110 kilos(note: no exercise whatever and no diet pills, after a week my body adopted to my new regiment and i never felt dizzy again except when i started running).
at 110 kilos i tried to keep it up by first buying a pedometer (pedometer bought 27th feb,09 same time i started walkin fast with small strides not power walking) then walking for atleast 1hour every day ( started two weeks ago) however with that regiment i cant keep my calorie intake low so i made it 1000kcal a day however i made sure that i burned more than a thousand calorie a day... a week ago i started running for a total of 4hours a day 2hours after breakfast then another two hours after dinner and lessen my kcal intake to 600kcal again now i im currently at 103 kilos - 227 lbs. i expect to be back at 99 kilos at around march 16, 09 my target weight is 90 to 80 kilos about 198 - 176 lbs. by the way im also heavy boned.
take note: when i started running i felt dizzy i found out that im lacking salt and sugar intake so everyday i eat a bar of candy(physician told me soo)... tamarind candy or a pack of fruitella crazy. also i found out by eating less you need to take a multivitamins plus ascorbic acid since you cant get all the vitamins from less than 600kcal a day. Guys and Gals wish me luck not only for the weight lost but also for me passing the BAR exam... Thank you and I will pray hope and wish for us not only to loose weight but to be healthy as well, lastly my plan after i've reched my goals is to change my lifestyle completly eat healthy and never be gluotton about food again.
