New Progress pictures, before and current!

Ok just thought i would update with some new pictures. I took the current picture this morning (11/26/2009) at the gym. The before picture was taken october 13th. So its been about 6 weeks since i have started changing my lifestyle. Heres my progress so far!

Looks like you need a belt! Big difference already keep it up! Oh and you should post more pics as you go for umm SCIENCE!! Yes... that's it.
 
The big thing for me was changing my eating habits, I was eating out/getting fast food at least 3 times a week. I stopped fast food all together, I bring turkey sandwiches on wheat and some veggies for lunches now. I stopped drinking pop all together and drank a lot more water and green tea. I also started using the gym 4-5 times a week making sure I spend atleast 20 min on the treadmill. I have been using my free weights and weight bench that I have at home 3 times a week. I am pretty happy with my results for only being 6 weeks in. I can't wait to see where I am at in 6 months!
