New Progress Pics!!

You know, before I took these pics yesterday, I was feeling very anxious about posting my progress pics for February. I was a big slacker in February..didn't watch what I ate as much, didn't exercise nearly as much as I did in December and January - and the scale didn't move much at all! So, I thought I was going to be very disappointed, but it turns out, I still show progress. Just to show you that the scale can be very discouraging. If I would have kept up with my measurements in February..I would have seen that I was still making progress. But my mind just took a hike!

Seeing these pictures gives me all the motivation I need to keep on going..and get back on track in March! (and its not as scary posting them now as it was the first time because you guys are so supportive! Thank you for that!)

Amazing, you can defiently tell a difference in every picture. Its crazy how the scale didnt move but the pictures definetly tell another story. thanks for sharing.
 
I know..it completely blows my mind. I mean, it moved a little...but you would have thought I lost 10-15 lbs with the difference in the pics...I guess its just my body "rearranging" itself...and building muscle. :hurray:

Well it's actually amazing! Your body is very obliging and responds extremely well to your work! You are blessed! It means that you have no excuse but to be stunningly gorgeous! Keep up the good work! I am very happy that we are teammates in Kimberly's challenge! :hurray:
 
By the way one thing really, really impressed me. The skin flabs in the base of the back just before the bum have disappeared already on you. I had them all the way through my weight loss and even now they are still there (although quite small). This is really lucky thing to not have hehe! Good for you! :)

Yeah..I make sure that I do back exercises with every workout because I absolutely hate it! I still have a little that I'd like to lose on my upper back...its hard to tell because the sports bra conceals it a bit...but the day that I do get my back the way I want it..I will be wearing a backless shirt (would definitely be a new adventure for me! hehe)

And to be honest, I'd rather have my stomach firm up before my back..but beggars can't be choosers, right?

Thank you guys so much. I have been so down for the past couple of weeks thinking that I blew it...but like I've said in my diary..I'm very hard on myself - my mind is like a little drill sergeant screaming in my face because I didn't workout as much. But my best friend always tells me...some exercise is better than none - its not like I threw in the towel completely.

I've been on cloud nine all day because I'm so proud of myself - and with two job losses last year, and all of the stress I've been under...its been a long, long time since I could say that.

Thanks again for the compliments..they really help! I still have a far ways to go...but I'm so glad I decided to take pictures, because when you still have weight to lose, you can forget where you started if you don't have them!
