New program?

I've been doing my FBW routine since late september, and it's almost been 8 weeks. Should I start looking for a new program like a 4 day split or something?

Or can I continue doing what I do and continue seeing results as long as I continue progressing with reps and weights?
 
Have you thought about mixing it up with a push pull or a lower upper split. I swear by them for progress. Espescially when bulking.
 
When you say push pull, i am still confused on what you mean, as to what type of exercises.

As for a lower upper split, with the exercises i am currently doing they are mostly upper body, so it would be unbalanced

I'd rather stick with this routine and continue increasing weights and reps, stick with it for another month or so.
 
If you're still making progress in volume, and you like it, why switch? There is no magical formula about when to change up a routine. The important questions are: (1) have your goals changed? and (2) are you still improving?

If the answers are no and yes, then wait a month.
 
Push/Pull is separating days by the motion; push being where you push the weight away from you (usually chest, tri, shoulders) and pull being where you pull it towards you (back, biceps). So rows, lat pulldowns, curls are all pulls while presses, dips, triceps pushdowns are all pushes.

You can add a separate leg day or incorporate it into pulls or both. Whatever works best for you, I suppose.

Yes, i am continuing to improve on the lifts. so i will stick to this routine until progress stops.
