My name is Amy and I'm a new member! I got this website from a friend of mine who's a member on here. She's my inspiration and the reason why I'm on here!
I had a baby in February, and gained 40 pounds and thought it will be no big deal to get it off especially since I was planning on breast feeding. Boy was I wrong! I only lost 20 pounds of it, and I was stuck. It just didn't want to come off. I'm not a highly motivated person, and I'm always looking for the easy way out, especially with diet, and exercise!
In June I went back home to visit family, and friends. When I was home, I saw my friend, and she lost 30 pounds, and looked awesome! I couldn't get over how great she looked and how much weight she's lost! I mean, this is the girl who had a cheese ball eating contest with me at work, and we both polished off the container!! (We paid for it later!) But I thought to myself, if she can do it, so can I.
She's been giving me tons of advice and I can't thank her enough for it all. I plan on posting what I eat throughout the day (good and bad!) and what I did at the gym for that day. Currently I go to they gym 5 days of the week and rest on Saturday and Sunday. And I'm eating smart, I'm not doing the low carb, low sodium diets. Yes you lose the weight fast, but it comes back even faster, plus more.
I look forward to meeting people and making great friends!
