New Member.. comments and suggestions welcome!

This is me. Sorry for the rather myspace-ishness of the pic but its the only one I have in photobucket. Ill post some more when I get back to my other comp. Any suggestions on what I should prioritize on?

You look very lean, and appear to have a VERY GOOD BASE to begin from. The abs are showing good which tells me, your body fat is reletively good. I think you will get some good advice from our knowledgeable forum lurkers in a bit of time.

You already look great! Maybe an appropriate bulk to minimize fat accumulation, I dont really know, but you will get good advice soon.

your abs are already showing so if you do a nice clean bulk you will look like a beast. Don't worry about a small layer of fat on the stomach because it will be very easy to burn off. What are your stats like

im not sure if anyone has told you this before but you look like a miniature Tom Delonge from Blink 182/Angels & Airwaves

Hey guys,

I was counseling a kids camp for a few weeks so I wasnt able to get back to this thread like I would have liked to. Thanks for the replies!

Ive got some new - less emoish - pics of myself. I definately have better body pics where the angles were more.. eh.. better, but the point isnt to post flattering pics right?

To be honest Im kindof disappointed. I work out almost every day and in all of my 4 sets for each exercise I make sure 10 reps is about as much as I can do. (In other words, i think im lifting enough weight.)

I do bench dumbell presses, inclined dumbell presses, flys, and 2 back machines on one day and biceps, triceps, and shoulders on the other. I also do abs every day, either a machine or cruches. (On the abs I do 4 sets of around 25)

I've been doing this for about a year and Im not really that much better than I was. I want to have a lean, toned build but with alot more muscle than I have - more of a swimmers build than Arnold, lol.

The only thing I can think of thats keeping me - well - puny is my diet. I have very little appetite and I eat about one meal a day... I try to make it fattening with protein though. (Alot of meat..)

Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

Oh and the bad pics.. dont laugh!

My tips;

1) Pull your pants up
2) Force yourself to eat more than 1 meal a day, make them smaller and eat frequently
3) Don't do abs everyday - they need time to recover too
4) Do more of a FBW rather than having that day of bi, tri and delt isolation

Also, what are you doing for your legs?
