Hello everyone! Hope you're all having a fantastic Friday. I'm new here so allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jenn, I'm 5'2 and my current weight is 142. I'm trying to get back down to 122. I was always an active child so I was always very thin. Through my late teens to early 20s I was 102LBS. I didn't like that weight at all. I had no shape to me whatsoever, and I didn't feel like it was sexy. A couple of years ago, when I finally got a car, I wasn't walking everywhere, I was driving, so I packed on a few pounds. I got up to 122. I loved that weight because I filled out more, and I had curves. Since then I've gained another 20 LBS. My eating habits arent the best, and I try to get to the gym everyday, but my life is so crazy. Im up at 5am M-F I sit in 4 hours of traffic each day just to get 26 miles to and from work. By the time I get home from work, I eat dinner. Then I play with the puppy for a little bit, and I just get BEAT. It's been so much easier to go upstairs and put my jammies on than it is to go upstairs and change into my gym clothes. I've finally had enough! I want to get my butt back into shape but I'm having a hard time finding a workout for me.

You see, My legs and arms are pretty toned for the most part, but I'm a little fluffy in the middle that I want to get rid of. Do I do tons and tons of cardio? What's the best cardio to do? Is anyone in the same boat as me? I'm open for suggestions. :bigear:
