Hey guys. I'm currently a nineteen year old college student from the tri-state area and I'm really starting to pack it on...to be exact 343.8 lbs
. on the morning on January 1st. After (I guess the correct term is>) "yo-yo dieting" for a couple of years and putting it off I decided 2011 was the time and the novelty of a fresh start only helps.
My goal is to eat around 900-1,300 calories a day (went over-board at 1,500 today since went out) and I'll start working in exercise a week in as I start school soon and I will have tons to balance.
I want to join a gym, but I want to lose some weight first...
Anyway, weighed in Monday (started Saturday morning) at around 337.2 so lost around 6.4 lbs. so far even though it may be water weight or whatever you the correct term for it is.
