Hello all. New to the site, had some general q's to ask. Im 21, about 5'10, and weigh about 135 - 140 pounds. Ive always been a very slim kid, and even during highschool i when i was on the gymnastics team and worked out 3 hours a day, for 3 seasons my physical appearance never changed. Now im a junior in college havent worked out in some time, and the college lifestyle is starting to show. Getting a little gut going and I generally feel tired all the time. I guess ive never properly dieted or worked out, so im curious on how to go about it. Im not looking for any unreachable goals, id just like to be in better shape, attain some definition, and most of all if at all possible try to gain some mass. Any help is much appreciated, thank you.
