New here, emabrking on a journey to joing to 100 club

I have been floating for the last 24 hours or so. Last night, my wife turned to me and said "holy sh!t your chest is getting big!". I was like a girl that got asked to senior prom by the captain of the football team LOL

It made me want to take a pic today!

Well, it's been a while since I updated.

I got a bit off track for a bit. A friend from Tx moved in with us until the summer and it made it REALLY easy to make excuses. Over the course of 1.5 months I bumped up about 15-20lbs BUT, about 3 wweks ago I nipped that in the ass. I am back down to where I was before he got there with a 9.5lb loss last week, and an 8lb loss the week before. Right now I am hovering around 230ish.

My wife is still doing fantastic, she started at 238(if i recall) and is now about 160. I swear she is smaller than when we started dating.

I have been killing it the last few weeks. 2 a day gym sessions(finally stopped making the excuse they don't open early enough to go in the AM), eating clean. I have essentially doubled my cardio and even logged a little over 30 miles run/walk/elliptical last week.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. That quote proves itself every day.

Most recent pic, which I think it's the camera angle, makes me look like I am becoming a beast XD:

Just an update: only 11.9lbs to go until -100lb pics!

Weighed in yesterday @ 220.5lbs. I am about where I was when I graduated high school.

On a side note, I need to figure out why I apparently have also reverted to pre-high school graduation aggression levels. *tries to fight the world*

I don't know what changed but my wife has made me aware of this(as she is not very happy her hubby is trying to fight everyone). I can't really find any info on perhaps a correlation in weight loss and aggression aside from some info saying fat typically reduces testosterone which I imagine means less fat = more testosterone and maybe more aggression?

We also are providing a place to stay for a friend(until july) and I am wondering if maybe it a subconcious alpha thing. Like..." THIS IS MY CASTLE AND I WILL CLAIM EVERYTHING AS MINE NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!"

I am not 100% sure what is going on with that, I guess only time will tell.

As of this past Monday, 215.5lbs.

6.9lbs to go until I have accomplished what I set out to do from the start..... take a journey to the -100lb club.

My 25th birthday is on 5/31 and I might actually hit right on target. I have been averaging averaging 5lbs a week +/- on a 1500-1800 cal diet. Hours and hours at the gym..... cardio cardio lifting cardio....

I bought 3 lg shirts last week and a medium on clearance. I can wear the medium, in public(granted it is a big medium).

new pics when I hit -100 lbs
