Hi there,

I am new here and I am wondering How to upload a before and after picture to show you guys .. also how do I put a weight loss ticker on my profile?? any help would be great .. Thanks :)
 
To upload a photo select "go Advanced" if your under "quick reply" mode. You should now have more options to write your message. If you scroll down you'll find an area called "attach files." Click on "Manage Attachements" A pop up screen will appear and you'll be able to upload pics as long as they are 100k or less.

As for a ticker in the profile... not sure if it can be done. Everyone puts it into their signature.

One more thing.... nice to see another canuck :D
