New guy seeking for answers

thanks. I use to go to the gym 7days a week at 24hr fitness but I was told to cut it down to 5days to give my muscles a rest which I am doing now. I am eating more good food then I use to before but I must admit it is really hard to resist eating those old junk food which I am trying very hard not to eat all the time. I do infact drink creatine morning, right after work out and bed time. I have been doing 30-45 min of running everyday before work outs. I don't know what else to do but to keep my new routine going and see what it will end me up with. I hope I get happy results!

Good luck!

Run at the end your workouts unless you are running to they gym. Like I said before your body will probably be more receptive to the weight training than the cardio just based on your pictures.
Whenever you work out you spend energy and bodily resources. Even feeling fairly fresh above the waist you will not be able to lift as well as if you did it before running. Unless you are absolutly pooped after weights running will still burn about the same amount of calories before or after strength training. Strength however is ideally built first. Likewise do the exercises that build you the most first (bench press, deadlift, squat) and move down to exercises that work smaller and smaller muscle groups. Just be sure to warm up first. Weights warm you up for weights better than cardio. And never stop learning about this stuff. I have been at this for a lot of years and I stlill learn somthing new about every week. It is a journey worth taking. Be proud to be on the right path

Okay, I will run after my work outs instead. You're right, I feel pretty tired and weak after running. I am proud to be taking the right path just sucks these take a while to get results but I know someday I will get there. I really appreciate to what this site has helped me with.
