There are ways to calculate..but mostly its hard to find a truly acurate pic of your bf%..I know that your doc office and your local fitness ctr must have something you can use..but it will cost you w/ the fitness ctr unless its complimentary w/ membership and you can get it done w/ your local doc office sometimes for nothing. Nice abs man!
Holy crap nice abs! if i took a guess id say maybe 10% (probably less)your by no means fat, good luck on getting to 200lbs, a little hard work and lots of clean cals youll get there (keep us posted on your progress we women love looking at pics lol)
It's hard to tell how much body fat, but if you are concerned about it, you should start lifting weights and get those muscles you already have more define. It looks like you don't have that much body fat, but make sure you do some cardio along with lifting. A little more buffed up and all the ladies will be all over you!
Hi, I would guess about 6, maybe 8 %, if you feel the need to get bigger, I would eat more meat, lift weights.....like smiley said "we women love looking at pics lol"
I often run across some of these old threads and see sigs of members who had amazing success but have not posted in years. Hopefully people like Smiley are still doing great.
