If u mean working out at home then you could just do body weight exercises if you don't own any equipment. There are heaps of great sites out there if you just google something like 'exercises without equipment' or 'body weight exercises'. There'll be you tube videos on it too so that you can see the proper form and technique.
Some of them might include: push ups, triceps dips, sit ups, planks, squats, lunges, super mans, jumping jacks, tuck jumps, plyo jacks, plie jacks, skii jumps, squat thrusts, mountain climbers...to name a few off the top of my head.
The best thing to do is some sort of interval training where you do 30 seconds of high intensity cardio followed by active recovery strength training. This is a great way to build fitness and burn fat.
