actually i need some help, last week i found out my nan has cancer and basically shes been given 6 months to live, ive been left devestated by this and have kinda resorted to old habbits of comfort eating, not even managed to get to the gym all week, its knocked all the motivation out of me :(
 
Superb progress so far man. I know the news about your nan is devastating but she wouldn`t want you to go back to your old unhappy and unhealthy self, so keep going and that way you can be strong for her mate.
