Deadlift
Milatry Press
Incline dumbell press
close grip bench press
Hammer Curl
Shrugs


Wed (High rep range with low weight. rep range: 8-12)
Clean and Press
Chin ups
Parelell Bar dip
Calf raise
Leg curl
Hanging leg raise
Crunches


Fri ( Low rep range with heavy weight. rep range: 4-6)
Squat
Bench Press
Bent over rows
Bench dips
Lateral raise
Barbell Curl.


anything i have missed or should replace or take out ect?
 
mon fri there is no vertical pull for back ..chins,pulldowns,etc
wed there is no horizontal pull...,low-pulley-rows,etc
 
agree with evo there, oly lifts are for develouping power, higher reps on them dont work that good. I tell ya, doing 3 reps of Clean and jerk kills me, i cant imagine doing higher reps for clean and press either. so id try to maybe fit the clean press on your low rep day.

alright thanks for the info so far, i wont be able to do pulldowns, pulleys ect cos i work out at home and dont have the equipment so is there anyother exerices you couls recomend?
