hey i was wondering can anyone help me im looking for a new free weight only workout. basically what i am looking for is a workout that will put me on the same level or higher level of fittness than a marine by building both size and muscle indurance. by the way i have two dumbells 1 barbell and a weight bench (no incline decline) and about 180 lbs weight plates. any help would be greatly appriciated thanks in advance
