I just had to share my success with my weight loss and strength training. I went and bought some new clothes last night and I went from wearing jeans with a size 40 waist to a size 36. I was excited this is the first time in my life that I have been physically fit. I gave blood to the red cross on March 10th my blood pressure was the best the nurse had seen in his career for someone my age. I was tickled to death with what I have accomplished. I even went from wearing xxl shirts to large thats a first time I fit into a large since I was in Junior high. I love the lifestyle change. I have found new and healthier things to eat and have worked on finding new dishes to prepare and my dad has jumped on the bandwagon and set some weight loss goals to. My current measurements to date are:
Height 6' 5"
Weight 218
Abdominal 37"
Body Fat 20.29 with is down from an initial body fat of 29% I have lost a total of 42 pounds and 9 inches off my abdominal area. I have begun to lift weights everyother workout and continue to run on the weekends with my dogs it has been so much fun. My Chiropracter is amazed at how well my lower back has responded to the weight loss. I have had no pain in my lower back since December and I have never felt better.
