i got my new scales this week and only mangaged to undertand how to work them by sunday!! tit was a bit complicated i thought but then my aunt done them in 5 mins!! so i guess im a bit slow they are great it gives you a reading in st,lbs,kg it also has a body fat reading and a water reading so this way i will get an precise reading of how much actual body fat im losing which is very important as people can be slim to the eye but still have a high body fat % im really happy about those,
my excercise i do every other day apart from my cardio which i do 5 times a week i also got some v cheap resistance bands as my trainer told me resistance work burns fat more efficently than cardio i got 3 of them going up in strength to about 10bls they were so cheap i got them at a closing down sale of a fitness shop around my area

the mountain climber is an excercise i read in a fitness mag what you do is:
position your body as if you are an olympic sprinter in the starting blocks your right leg bent and your left leg extended behind you your head up and palms on the floor in front of you
in a jumping motion switch legs while retaining your runners stance:
do three sets of 12 to 15 reps
tones the core thighs and butt all the areas us women have a problem with
i have started including those slim fast shakes into my diet and those seem to be helping,my friend came round last night and i had a big meal of chinese it was so good its not like i have it every day so i dont feel bad i see it as a treat but man was it good you know when you havent had your favorites in a while when you have finally have them they taste sooo good,
i have been watching these music videos and i saw an amerie vid she made me get up out of bed and start doing my sqauts she has killer legs they are very slim but she has v good muscle tone in them how jealous am i, i so want her legs my legs are my best feature but as the weight has slowly gained im not loving them so much, so thats is one body part i really want to get back what about you guys?
