New but willing to try anything to stay motivated

Just found your site and thought this could be a good way to stayed motivated. I have 3 children of my own and 3 months ago had a baby for my sister so after spending the past 13 years focused on everyone other than myself I am determined to work on myself. Started at 81.6kg on the 1st of January and am now at 77kg trying everything. I have never had any problem with activity as I have very physical job but diet is the hard one, I have never eaten vegies and have a hard time filling that diet gap. I know, I know I should eat them but they really really make me feel sick and I just can't keep them down, so I just eat a very brown diet. I will however eat fruit but them have the problem that I feel like I am eating too much sugar. Anyone have any tips.
 
What is it about vegetables that disagree with you? blandness? try something like balsamic vinegar to add flavour.

Two pieces of fruit a day is pretty balanced.

Had a weekend away with the family and friends, fell into the social drink trap and that in turn leads to eating the wrong things not to mention the empty calories in the wine. I did however get to do a long bush walk with the kids. Weigh in this morning nothing gained but nothing lost either. Back on track this morning. Also helps that the children go back to school today after their long 6 week summer break. And abou
