Over the years I have put on a total of 50lbs and am now ready and focused to take it right back off! I read somewhere that 2lbs is a healthy amount of weight to lose a week, so I think that I can lose 50lbs in 6-7 months. I need to start drinking more water and less pop; I need to eat more fruits and vegetables every day. I need to develop a cardio and weight training plan that I will stick to and remember not to beat myself up when I have a momentary lapse in judgement and go for that extra sweet. My goal is realistic as long as I stay focused. I am planning to start my new beginning Jan. 1st, 2010
