New beginnings

I'm new to this site. I woke up the day after my 31 birthday and realized that it was time. I'm over 350lbs and I have a goal to lose 150lbs. It's been a week and I have lost 8lbs. I just stopped eating fast food, drinking sodas, and I exercise to my dvd's. To be continued...........
