Had another perfect day today. Feeling bloated and awful still though, it's taking a while for me to feel normal again!! Damn you gluten for tasting so good!! My own fault really...
Um, so new development... We found a kitten we wanted from over east, and have been conversing back and forth with the breeder and she really wanted us to take 2 cats as it's a long flight over here (6 hours) and she was pretty hesitant to send it by itself. Anyway, after speaking about it at length with my husband and Wade, and then calling my dad (who used to breed cats, so he was full of good advice) we are getting 2 more! Eee, really hope we won't regret this (though being completely honest, I know I won't... haha does this make me a crazy cat lady??) It makes sense to have 2 kittens that can be kitten-ish with each other so they don't hassle our other two. Well, it's a new adventure. I have enough spare time and space to do it. So yea, that's going to be fun! I'm super excited!!!
So I'm going to be working in the bakehouse for the next month or so now... Pretty sure all the way up until I go on holidays. It means I start work at 5am every day for a month though... Bleh. Lots of extra hours to pick up now too, working 6 days next week!! Going to be pretty awesome for the holiday fund. Not long days though, 5am-1:30pm every day.
Plan for tomorrow
Breakfast: Smoothie with banana, mango, spinach, vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds
Snack: Chick pea chips
Lunch: Chia seed roll with 2 hard boiled eggs and spinach
Snack: Coconut creme Larabar
Dinner: Slow cooked beef Vindaloo with lean beef, broccoli and chick peas
Exercise is a 20min walk, upper body workout and stretching. Working 5-2 tomorrow.
