Todays Plan
Breakfast: 2 chili beef chevups, 2 eggs, 2 pieces wholemeal grain toast
Snack: 2 mini muffin bars
Lunch: 2 wholemeal grain sandwiches with cheese and salad
Snack: Lite crackers and cheese
Dinner: 2 sausages with Greek Salad
Exercise is 30min strength workout and a 30min walk. Should give me a 1006 cal deficit.
I've been thinking more and more about going out tomorrow night, and I'm really excited... but I'm not a big drinker anyway, and don't think I should feel the need to drink heaps to make new friends. I know that at least one of the ladies going isn't drinking, Plus alcohol doesn't really help the weight loss at all... I'd rather spend 600cals on a side of chips than 4 glasses of wine lol. I think I might drink water with dinner, have a wine at the first pub then maybe have a couple of diet sodas and then water for the rest of the night. I'm going in with a plan! Lol! Will sort food out tonight but I think I'll aim for at least a 500cal deficit, I've never been to have dinner where we are going so I have no idea what kind of food to expect.
I stuck to being healthy yesterday... I don't even have to think about it when I have work, it's getting pretty easy. I'm still proud I managed to get through my days off no damage done... I have tomorrow and Sat off so we'll see if I can continue the trend!
