new, and young and need help

Well I am 13 years old and I am in 8th grade. I am 5'6 andweigh 125 lbs. i would really like to get a little slimer and just be in better shape! I Dont have alot of money to spend on things but I do have some, im not sure how to diet and which diet i should try. I am a very patient person and my goal is to lose 15 lbs. by april suggestions help me please!!
 
well you're kinda young, so i urge you to stay away from weights and supplements.. if i was in your situation i would run. and for dieting, just stay away from sugar loaded products (candy soda, all the things you want) and you will be surprised what that can do along with running
 
Hmmm...at your age maybe some sports at school. Or if ya want to get into something that will strengthen you up--gymnastics. When I was 13, spent my time on the swim team, in the boxing gym, and doing gymnastics...kept me in great shape.

Anyway, your metabolism should be pretty high at your age, so a bit of cardio and perhaps some bodyweight exercises for strength
