Hi everyone,
i am 27yrs old and 5ft 5in.I started losing weight on 12th dec 06 and have lost 28lbs so far.I have been overweight since having my 2 children but am determined to do it this time.I am now 218lbs and my goal is to be 180lb by 16th may 07.Everyone tells me that i dont look my weight and that i carry it off well even when i was 180lb before having kids.So my goal is 180 by may because i have a consultation for a tummy tuck and breast implants this will give me another 1-2 months to lose even more before the surgery.I am expecting the surgeon to tell me i need to lose more but i am aiming for 180 as this is what i was comfortable with before kids etc.I am losing around 3lb a week and have never gained since i started.I am eating sensible using the sparkspeople website and exercise everyday and also strength train.I have to do this.
Oh and how do you put one of those ticker things on
