Hey every1 im kinda new to the whole workout ordeal and i was just wondering if some of you can point me into the right direction. Im basically looking to loose fat and get more defined musscles espically my abs. Im about 5'11" 6' weighing around 220 and im 16 years old. If you need exact measurements let me know. I was also wondering if some of you can give me a good workout plan/diet to loose fat. I have a membership to a local gym and i have a pool in the back yard and a treadmill. THX in advanced
