lost weight

Dimples look bigger which would suggest less fat. Hard to tell though. Have you lost any weight since?

i havent weighed in, gonna check maybe tom. last month was about 149 lbs, will be excited to see if i lost some weight.

but, one thing's for sure, i felt less flabs on my abs now, thanks to people who gave me advice last week, hehe

How tall are you? I don't think you'll have much less fat to lose soon though lol. You gonna bulk at some point?

im only 5'9 hehe, yup, im planning to put some mass next month, trying to see my limits.
