Hey guys,
It has been over two years since I have visited this website, wow, that is a long time! I am pleased to say that I have kept powering on with my diet, as I didn't want to go back to what I looked like before.
After reading over my posts back in the day I can have a little giggle at myself, mainly about the maturity level (half a millimetre). However, despite the maturity levels, I still had the same goal, and that was to loose weight, become a healthier person, and to get the ladies.
All three happened.
At the start of my journey through losing weight, I weighed a mighty 88.9kg, this was where I was at the worst. A few days I would weigh over 90kg depending on what I ate, drunk, etc. So I googled these exact words, I still remember the day: "Weight loss forum". And thank the almighty, this website came up, a website that changed my life, literally.
After getting off the scales this morning, after breakfast, after a glass of water, I weigh.... wait for it... 71.8kg.
-----------
That's my story, but now it is time for me to inspire as many people as possible to give it a shot, and to not give up, because the hard work, the stress, the burger-less days, sore legs, the sweat down your back, is all just the beginning, and the middle, but don't think of those, think of the end... the end result, of where you'll look in the mirror with those new pants, that beautiful dress, the bikini that you brought with the biggest grin on your face, and most importantly, the reflection in that mirror, with YOU looking great!
Losing weight, or dieting, is not what I would call what I did in order to achieve the current weight I am today. I would rather call this whole thing a "Lifestyle Change". Yes, when you first start off, you will cancel out the bad foods, turn off the TV, and get out for a jog around the block. However, after the first few months, this will feel perfectly normal. I found that I could just easily refuse bad food, I would just get up and go for a walk because I felt like it. And after a year, or two, it's just the normal thing to do. Your diet will never end, your exercise will never end, I'm not just going to reach my goal weight and sit back down and watch it come back, am I?
------------
So, who wants to see some pictures?
The first picture is my 15th birthday, before I started the diet. 88.9kg...
And the stunningly sexy after picture follows! A tan is in desperate need though!
Next is the picture of me on my beautiful motorbike!
Thanks for all of the support that I recieved, it sure worked.
NEVER, EVER.... EVER GIVE UP.
