Hello! I am new here, so I am sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section. I have recently turned 15 and now that school is out I have more time to devote to fitness. I was searching some exercise programs, but I couldn't exactly find what I was looking for so I decided to look here for some help.
I want to find or plan an exercise program that will allow me to lose fat, but at the same time build muscle. I saw some programs like the 5x5 but I got confused and not sure if it would work for me. I want to get stronger and more toned, and lose weight at the same time. So, if anyone could point me in the right direction of a website, or offer their own schedule that would be great!
