Needs help!

I am 15 years old about 5 feet four inches and weigh about 125 pounds. I am small and skinny. I want to start gaining weight and working out. I want a work out plan that doesn't really involve using much weights since I don't have access to them or a gym. Also what can I eat to gain weight healthy? Please help! I hate being looked at as the "short scrawny guy"
 
Start by doing a variety of bodyweight excercises. Search for them on the internet and put together a fairly intense routine. If you can spare the cash, it really is worth investing in some adjustable dumbbells and a barbell. If you want to be gaining weight, calories in need to be greater than calories out, start eating lots of good, unprocessed food. Lean meats, fish, potatoes, wholemeal pasta and rice, lots of fruit and veg etc.

If you really can't afford weights, there are other ways, for instance I used to do push ups with a rucksack full of books.
