Needs help with a exercise plan

Hey I am new to this so sorry if it's in the wrong section.
I am 15 and after some research I think i'm a hardgainer.
I am trying to do the 6 meal a day thing and usually do a 30 minute workout each day.
It's far from ideal though and I don't know what to change/add. Currently all I do is situps, pushups, bicycle sit-ups, and some resistances tubing workouts. Plus 8 minute stretching at the end ( I heard doing it at the start tenses your muscles)
So I really just need a better workout plan.
I am almost '6 and weigh 130 pounds.
 
Your current plan is a good start but you need to increase the level of intensity by adding some weight lifting. You want to gain muscle weight and incorporating weight lifting is the best way to do this. Use the gym at school or buy a cheep set on Craig's list.

Thanks! I found 2 5lb weights laying around in my house and am planning to buy a cheap used weight bench for my room. I do not think my school lets grade 9s use the weight room. So any recommendations for the weight bench and weights I should get? Oh also I am planning to get a chin up bar
 
Sorry for the really late response. I now have a weightbench and take whey protein after workouts. I workout 3 times a week and do cardio twice a week. Yes I am trying to bulk up. I have read a lot on eating right for muscle workouts but do not fully understand exactly what i am supposed to do. I have vegetables, fruit juices water and things like almonds everyday and try to limit my sugar. anything else I should be doing?
