Needle prick sensation the moment breaking sweat

Hello,

I used to be able to exercise and sweat normally. That was when I was based in indonesia. Then I migrated to the UK and I noticed that whenever I sweat due to walking so fast or doing chores, I get this needle prick sensation on my back. I stopped exercising or doing work which needed me to sweat as I am not comfortable with thousands of prick sensation. I went back to indonesia, and found out that I was fine after sweating, no senation. Then one time, the sensation came back, but just for that one time. What is wrong and how to prevent this sensation from allowing me to do some decent amount of exercise.

Thanks

Indonesia:
Temp: 25-32C
humidity:85%>

Scotland
temp: -15-24C
Humidity: 15%>

I do notice that I fart more in Scotland compared to Indonesia. I am not alone. All my other friends have reported more incidence of farting :p

Uhhh dry skin maybe? You went from a humid and warm climate to a cold and dry climate? Could be that simple, but I'm not a doctor so what do I know?

Never had it on my back but in days gone by when I was pushing really hard doing endurance training I got a similar sensation in my legs and on my scalp.

I consulted a doctor friend who suggested that I may not be properly replenishing salt lost through the prolonged periods of sweating.

I added a little more salt to my diet and never experienced it since.

I have had what you described on my scalp and back before. Couldn't tell you what it was and my docter didn't have a clue either.

I have had it and still do on my head and back. It might not be the same so dont freak..
My father calls it "creeping crud" (though I don't bealive thats what it is) basicly a non-transferable skin diesise. I got it from wrestling then missing a shower or two. I use selsun blue (yea i know its used for hair but it cleans your skin really nicley) to calm it when I take a shower. Normaly sweating inudces an itchy pin prick feeling maybe its the same?
You can't see it so dont be thrown off by the word diesise
