Needing to get healthy again

Here I go

First day

3-25
WEIRD, I usually only start a diet on Mondays, lol

my goals for this first week are:

drink less diet soda, NONE after 6pm, (have severe acid reflux)
drink MUCH more water, YUM< it's good, remember THAT
Walk the dogs-everyDAY
keep food journal, NO omitting items
NO eating after 6pm-again, for severe acid reflux
DO NOT exceed 22 total points in ANY day, no matter what

take my meds,,,,,,,oops, I HATE those meds, I blame them for my weight gain

Food journal today:

bkfst:
2 slices whole wheat bread-70 cal.- 1 pt
apple-1 pt

lunch:
cottage cheese, banana, mandarin oranges-4 pts.
 
2 rice cakes-plain-2 pts

supper:
chili-1 pt
tortilla-3pt
provolone ch-2 pt
baked pot-2
stir fry-0-only had 2 bites
salad-0
bleu cheese dressing-5

snack:
cereal-5pts

I was so discouraged this morning, I weighed 170, so I had to go back and adjust my ticker................ugh

anyway, drank my water
walked the dogs
no soda after 6pm
and I took my meds
but I caved and ate cereal at 9:30pm............darn

ok, I did fine yesterday, until last night watching tv

when all was said and done, I had only consumed about 800 calories until then, after it was over, and I added it all up this morning, I was over 2000

OMG. I need help on how to NOT snack in the evening:reddevil:
 
a little better yesterday.......1500 cal...........still over

BUT no snacking after supper.......whoo hoo
that's huge for me

so, by my ticker, you can see that I gained back the 4 pounds I lost

not good, I'd been sick and just lots of things, bad things in my family.....not an excuse, but a fact as to why I strayed

at least I know why................ok,

I bought a bikini on ebay.......I'm cheap, and I want to wear it by summer.....

this is my motivation, when it comes, I'll take pics in it so I can see the progress
