You will see, you will begin to hate the thought of fast food after a while. I have not eaten any since June and now I can't even imagine a situation where I would go eat fast food. It makes me sick, and I was an addict.
Good for you on losing those pounds, keep up the great work!!
IF that day comes I will post it for sure lol That would make life a little easier thats for sure. I drive out of my way to get to school so I don't go by McDonals in the mornings now lol
congrats on the loss! You're gonna start seeing the lbs just FALL the eff off. Great Job.....id like to walk to work.....buts its a thirty mile drive.

I know what you mean....driving by Mickie D's is like driving past a huge ass whirlpool....suck you right into that extra value meal....![]()
I am going to get a speeding ticket for trying to drive by fast enough that I get through the smell before it wins lol
Hey Brad,
amazing work!! I am so proud of you!
You want a little confession... I have only eaten in fast food places twice in my life... once McD and once Burger King. My friends keep saying they crave McD and I don't want to be the weirdo so I am like, "yeah man, me too... what I wouldn't give for a McCheeseBurger!"
Well, I have eaten on many occasions pizza (mainly from the supermarket but like 3 or 4 times from pizza hut), so I guess that could count as fast food too...
You know if you make yourself a burger it isn't even that bad for you!! Use less meat, and more lettuce and tomato, use whole wheat bread and that ultra light mayo and very little ketchup and tada: the perfect hamburger!!
And if you cut and bake some chips (french fries) they are not that high in cals either! Just don't fry them!! And very little salt but I think you are right on track with that!
Love, Cat

actually you are totally right because as I get down I am not going to be able to keep spending 500 cals on cheese its just not practical in the long run so I need to start triming it to managable levels now. If I could bring myself to like raw veg I would be ok but I honestly don't ever see that happening outside of tomato's cukes and peppers I can't eat raw veg so they will have to wait till schools up
I am really happy actually and success in this battle makes the other things more managable.
I do like a good scolding though lol![]()
I need to run a few errands, then head to the gym, but I'll be back online later. If I'm around and you need to vent, let a bitch know. Awww.... an emotional eater are we? Well, if anything, you know I'm sending my prayers your way, doll. I hope things will get better for you and those effected.I need to run a few errands, then head to the gym, but I'll be back online later. If I'm around and you need to vent, let a bitch know.

DAMN that is a good week. I have all I can do to get .5 down, LOL You should be proud, and with the way your going, your going to be meeting that goal weight for sure. Did I read that right, you don't like veggies?? NONE?? just wondering if there are any out there at all that you do like? I LOVE VEGGIES so it makes me giggle when I hear of others who don't. MY hubby being one of those. LOL LOL You mentioned being raised by a single mom, I raised my twin boys pretty much on my own, so I know oh to well how that story goes, it's really hard, but did it make you closer to your mom?? just curious. We moved out of town about 4 years ago, so luckily we don't live close to any fast food places, so we rarely get fast food, your right when in town if you pass by it every day it has got to be hard. Keep on rocking, because your doing a really good job so far!! CONGRATS!AHHHHH 4lbsDAMN that is a good week. Oh by the way, I buy carrots and clean them at night, put them cut in half in the fridge in a large container full of water, and I bring them to work with me, they are cold and crisp and yummy. If you like carrots try that. I'm a fruitoholic too.
Don't FRET, my mom is a recovering alcoholic of hmmmm maybe 15-20 years now, but she was always messed up when I was younger, I guess that's what made me such a GOOD STRONG MOMMA myself. I didn't want my kids to go through what I did, or see what I did for that matter. But, maybe yours too will soon see that, and make a turn for the better, I say Prayers and Hope are a BIG concept in my own life. Your a GOOD SON in my book! I hope mine feel the same way when they are older, right now, I'm just bossy, yelling old mom. LOL They turn 18 October 8th.Oh by the way, I buy carrots and clean them at night, put them cut in half in the fridge in a large container full of water, and I bring them to work with me, they are cold and crisp and yummy.
