I'm Dan and I'm 15.
About half a year ago I decided to change my ways and lose weight, I went from around 13 stone to 9.5
My parents got very worried about me.
My diet was basically porridge and banana for breakfast, for lunch I would have a vegemite sandwich, apple and large orange and then I would have what ever was dinner, trying to influence as much vegetables as possible.
But when easter sunday came I indulged and I have done ever since and I'm back up to 11.5 stone and I'm FAT again, but the thing is I can't stop eating.
I'm easting chocolate all the time or crisps or whatever is in the house. I have been eating loads of sandwiches as well.
Well anyway the plan is to start this diary to get me motivated but I know I'm going to need a lot of encouragement and support which hopefully you guys can help me with.
The plan is to go back to that diet and try and do exercise when ever I can.
This morning didn't go well I have eaten an astounding amount of chocolate, biscuits, sandwiches, toast and prawn crackers.
Going to take a few pieces of fruit to school and eat them if I get hungry, but I know that won't happen so I will probably eat them if I'm bored when everyone else at school is eating crisps.

I need your help guys I am so upset because I was so slim and I used to tut at people eating chocolate etc, but now look at me!
