need your help

hello all , I'm just a beginner when it comes to weight lifting ,,can anyone help me out on where i can get a weightlifting schedule and info on how to properly do the exercises themselves....Want to make sure my routine with the weights is proper so that i do not cause any injuries ,,,,,thanx in advance for your help
 
dont forget

dont forget to start off slow. work out each muscle probably just once a week for a while, this way u wont kill urself and not be able to work out for two weeks.
