Need your advice!

Hi, Im Zane - new one on here.
Im5.4 tall and weight 72 kilos now (few month ago was 80kilos).
This week started seriousely think what to do to loose weight.
I am doing some exercising in gym - every day it is leg lifting and sit-up, and go for a little jog. and wvwry 3 days do full training in gym.
about my meals - I was reading about SlimFast milkshakes, but they have a lot of sugar in them. Then with my partner we decided to go for soya protein shake. less sugar. then now for breakfast I had soya protein shake and 1 banana. for lunch i have planned 1 peace of chicken (boiled not cooked on pan) with vegetables (usualy had chicken with vegetables and potatoe or rice, now wont have potatoes or rice). and for supper (already yesterday had) protein shake with orange.
Yesterday had cereals for breakfast, and lunch and supper the same as planned today. and on evening my body was playing with me - felt disy but im sure its just coz my body havent used to so low calorie intake but will be ok
aw, yesterday started to take multi-vitamins,

And yes - i want to loose my weight till 60 kilos
Plz give any advices how this looks for you!
 
hi i was new to this site also and i was wondering if i can find some answers like your questions...i already did it was helpful reading with this forums as i am not the only one whos struggling with this body...having a discipline of our self is one of the weapon wherein we can get an assurance that we can surely get what we aim...god speed
 
It's boring and it's not the answer you want to here, but exercising reguarly and eating a balanced diet is really the only way to go about it.

Crash dieting is very bad for your health and if you are serious about weight loss then it's not about a quick fix, it's about changing all your eating habits and learning to eat properly right from the off.

If you crash diet and lose some weight and then go back on your normal diet, you will very likely just put all the weight back on.

^^ What Cantona said. Doesn't sound like you're eating enough.

Work out how many calories you should be having to lose a sensible amount of weight each week and have a mix of carbs, fruit veg, lean meat and healthy snacks!
