Need weight

I really need to gain some weight, and muscle. I eat alot but still so skinny.

If you're skinny then you don't eat a lot, you just don't know what a lot is

Keep a food diary and record the volumes that you're eating.
 
I know what alot is, i should be eating about 2500 calories per day - i eat about 3500 calories per day and still i have no weight gain.

I do alot of sport, and i took up boxing this month and in this month alone i've lost 3kg even though im eating like 1000 calories more than i should do.

Who said you should be eating 2,500Kcals? That's a general guidline number for your average 5'11" guy who weighs about 11 stone. If you're eating 3,500 and not gaining then that's your maintenance intake for your current weight.

Try eating 4,500 and see where that gets you. So long as you eat above maintenance you will gain weight
 
Also, if you're doing a lot of sports, you're burning a hell of a lot of calories, especially if you're into boxing. With that said, you could be burning way more than 3500cal per day, maybe even more than 4500cals as suggested by Typhon.

Yes there are giudelines for individuals of your sex, height, weight...etc for caloric intake, but when you are a fully active individual, you really need to bump that number up, THEN try to eat above that mark.
 
Thanks for the help guys, i'll try to eat about 4000-4500 calories per day now.
