Need to tone

am i working my arms and legs enough,
on mon and wed i do 45 min of elliptical machines, then i do leg press, inner and outer thighs with 50lbs, 3 set with 10 reps

on tues and thurs i do 30 min of bike, 30 min on the treadmill, then i use 8lbs free weight to do tricep, bicep, chest press and shoulder press.

Are there any more arm or leg work outs i could use to tone my body.

Any back exercises? You could try adding Good Mornings to work your hammies and lower back. Try doing some squats for the top of your legs and glutes. Anyway you can do two days on, one day off, two days on.....
 
I saw your post on another thread and I replied there. I think your routine could use a bit of help (given the cardio you mentioned on the other thread).
