Alright so I've been working out for a solid month, month and a half now and i think it's time to step up my workout routine. Im starting to get more seriouse about developing lean mass. I usually work out in my basement (we have a universal gym) and this is the routine ive been following;
Vertical Chest Press 10x3
Pec Contractor 10x3
Shoulder Press 10x3
Curls 10x3/arm
Crunches 20x3
I am finding that this routine normally takes me about 30-45 mins on average. I also find that this workout does not entirely fatigue my muscles it feels like i could be working more muscles and harder, what do you guys think?
