Need to change up routine

Following is the workout I have been following for a while. I need to change it up, so I don't get bored. I'm limited to dumbells, physioball and machine for leg ext/curls.

Day 1
Db Bench on ball
Incline Press on ball
Flies on ball
Back ext on ball
?Db at side lift straight out in front
Lunges
Db Glute Press
2 Ab ex

Day 2
Leg ext
Leg curl
Db calf raises
Db squats
Db lunges
2 Ab ex

Day 3
Shoulder Press
?Db at side lift straight up (looks like T)
Db Tricep ext
Db Bicep Curls
Db Kickback
Db Glute Press
2 Ab ex

work chest and tris on day 1, back, bis, and abs on day 2, Legs on day 3. Reschedule your routine around that split, see what happens.
 
Day 1
Step up
DB Ball press
DB Row (Barbell row with DB's)
Tate press

Day 2
DB Rumanian deadlift
DB Overhead press
Chin ups
Hanging leg raises

Day 3
Lunges
Incline DB ball press
Single arm row
Hammer curls

Use 3x8 for all exercise if you're looking for general strength or a new to lifting.
 
Good alternative, but no bar. Any other suggestions. I know I'm a little limited, but at least a little change in routine would be good.
